I mean it's free to enter, with optional extras that you can pay for. So what's to complain about? For me The Mallard is the main spectacle.

It's not really got much to offer. Shops are an outlet, so expectations need to be lower than what you'd expect to get in the main store. Nike store has nothing for kids.

I really enjoyed my visit here. I thought it was expensive to enter. £16. But when I found out its an annual ticket it didn't seem to bad. Unfortunately on this visit I didn't have much time. I will make sure I have plenty of time when I visit again. There is so much to see. What an amazing place...

Food market was really good but theres limited seating if you want to have a big meal other than that as a grab and go its the shops and vendor stalls outside the food market where really good would recommend really friendly staff to interact with

I've been during the Christmas holiday, great value for money, and definitely recommended for an afternoon with the family. The staff were very knowledgeable and were able to answer our questions. I'd recommend booking tickets in advance.

Well maintained park with ruins of saint Mary's abbey in it and also York museum and another building called the hospitium which is sometimes used for weddings and craft fairs, as well as a small astronomy observatory which has been open to the public on on occasion. There are several entrances...

Shame half of it was not open for safety reasons. Best part in my mind was the part we could not see.

No wonder why we must visit this shop! An amazing afternoon tea set and the food was great at Betty. It was well worth it to queue for 20 minutes!

It was so big did not get to visit all the shop will definitely recommend for a shopping trip.

We visited Castle Howard in the summer and it was very impressive. The house itself is utterly stunning especially the interior dome. You will not be disappointed when you venture around the grounds. Look out for the magnificent fountain.

Great sightseeing combined with acting scenes that are sometimes a bit scary combined with a good sense of humor. Definitely one of the places you must visit when in York.

Joseph was so polite and attentive he joined in with our birthday celebrations and made our friends birthday so special we cannot thank him enough!

The Victorian Streets are open again and currently covered in snow. More shop fronts and the sweet shop has moved.the toy shop still has a little of the lingering smell from the previous occupant It's been a few years since my last visit but this remains as a favourite museum. I'm sure I missed...

We arrived just after 8am on Saturday morning and ordered 2 breakfasts. Whilst the portions are reasonable, the food is clearly pre cooked and kept in a warmer. Despite being one of the first in the food was not hot! The bacon was cold and the rest tepid at best.

Food was usual Maccy's but the place was dirty. There wasn't many people in at all, it was a Sunday night, but a lot of the tables were dirty and there was litter and left foodstuffs lying around. Definitely not one of the better Maccy's about

Booked in today for the 15.00 chocolate tour I think the lady was called Gina sorry if I’m wrong, really enjoyed the tour the lady that took us round was very friendly and gave good information, only downside I’m meant to be on a diet and this definitely turned it into a cheat day

Second time here and it's a pleasure to see the history of flight!
This time was extra special as the Hadley Victor was celebrating 20 years at the museum, to commemorate the anniversary the started up the engines and opened up its pipes!
