There are lifts scattered about but some are for residents only, making it hard to navigate with children in tow. I can imagine it's very difficult for wheelchair and mobility scooter users too.

Lovely Christmas themed illuminated gardens. Roasted marshmallows, hot grilled food, hot chocolate. Nice family evening.

Arrived early. The breakfast was just what I needed. Knew exactly what I was after, got it and left.

Excellent prices were a bit higher than the last time I was there but that was before covid.

Very good place for shows, usually always something on to see from comedians, music artists to competitions

Staff are lovely however it's very busy. Lines go down quick thanks to the amazing staff. Most the clothes aren't amazing quality and are expensive for the quality

Wheelchair accessibility is good, there are lifts, ramps, and disabled toilets as well as a large changing places toilet (in the theatre royal side anyway!). The actual theatre area in the stalls is surprisingly steep though, my electric wheelchair wheels were spinning when I tried to turn around to leave...

Very nice atmosphere inside the restaurant. The food is delicious and it was quite full already before 12 noon.

I love this cinema, it’s perfect BUT the workers are super rude.like it’s so unnecessary, it’s not hard to be nice.fix up.

Best pizza I have ever eaten. Lovely little pizza restaurant. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I would highly recommend it.

Service was really slow, took an hour for food to arrive, food nice but overpriced and overrated, won't be going back again which is a shame as could be so much better!

Decent entertainment venue in Nottingham. Easy access with escalators. Variety of cinema, arcades, cafes/restaurants and group activities to do here.

Me and my partner come here all the time and would recommend. We have had MJ twice now and he is a great server and really friendly and personable. The food is amazing the vegan chicken burger is 10/10.

A good few hours but heavy rain stopped us viewing the grounds ect. Will do next time as ticket lasts 1 year.

Booked table time ready. Welcome and waitress very polite. The food was very good except for the initial served beef was quite fatty, serving chef should have advised us of this beef when cutting off the joint (he over looked this) the problem was quickly rectified by the manager. Enjoyed the meal

Nottingham Beer and Cider festival was hosted there. Great choice of beers and international food. All capped off with live music from the Inheritors.

I had a wonderful dining experience here. Sarkis was very professional helpful and polite. The environment here is cosy and well laid out. Even when full, it doesn't feel crowded. I was definitely be coming back here.
