A place to behold, centre of business in Leeds. Just some few minutes to Leeds train and bus station.

Plenty of shops and places to eat.
Never been too busy when I've gone and never struggled with parking, which is also free.
Easily accessible for wheelchair users.

Visited on a cold wet day and was disappointed we had to sit outside with the dog even though there were Mums with filthy wheels on their baby buggies inside. Very disappointed with the soup and sandwich which was made from a very cheap white bread bun, will not go again.

This museum show the history of battle and how they have evolved to current. The cafe is a great atmosphere with photos of battle. Also the gift shop has a different range of toys to bags.

Came to see Home Alone in concert just before Christmas. Great arena, with good views from all around. I highly recommend eating in the Black & White Lounge ahead of your event.

Brilliant parking spaces, easy to get children in and out and into the store. Parking prices are a little expensive but cheaper than some places in town. Victoria Gate opens up access into other places in the city centre that you may otherwise struggle to go to with a car without paying ncp prices...

I used to go to Leeds Market with my mum every Saturday and you could not move for people shopping. Went in today over half the shops were closed.

Don't attend if you have a heart condition. This place will send you to an early grave.

A reasonable shopping experience that's improved over the past 10 years. Carparking is strange and that can cause delays parking at peek times.

A great place to spend some nice time. The playing tracks are very nicely done. A small minus because there is little space.

Saw one butterfly. A few exhibits were empty. Christmas decorations were still up. Felt like it had been abandoned a little. Still nice to see the monkeys though

Every time we go there, the food is always fresh, tasty and served with a smile as the staff are all really lovely

Amazing building, an old bank, the ceilings are amazing. Just had breakfast, couldn't fault the food or drinks. The place looks a little tired and in need of a return but we liked it all the same

Sadly this is a rarely disappointing review of a place visited. This is a hugely disappointing attraction to visit left me really short changed as there is a huge potential to this place. The reason is the poor customer service from the staff at the place who seem more interested in passing...

Great place, good to look around the ruins and learn about British history. Also been to 2 live performances there now and it's a spectacular backdrop for either live music or theatre

I had the worst experience today in primark leeds city center
The blonde manager (can't remember her name) won't refund joggers I bought while I had the receipt with me. Is this a case of racism?

Only called as it was a convenient meeting spot for several people arriving by train. Staff at the bar seemed to spend more time serving the table orders than serving people at the bar. I won't be calling again anytime soon.
