I stayed for 1x night with my daughter, her boyfriend and my 4month baby granddaughter. We were welcomed and given guidance especially with a baby to manage.
There does need to be more clarity with the parking options from upside just outside the reception area vs the underground parking.

Absolutely shocking service. Reserved a car online rang up was told video of car will be sent. Heard nothing for half a day, rang back up and was told its sold.
