I had my best service in this optician, the optician great and the guy Farooq who help me choose glasses and delivered on time. The best thing I keep my frame and change lenses. I don’t have to give the frame to him for 2 weeks he took my measurements and order glasses and went to fit lense after 2 weeks. Thanks again

I received prompt and amazing service from the Eye Emporium Cricklewood team from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mr Mohammed for taking the time to give me some advice about choosing the frame and adjusting it. I would highly recommend the place!

Really love this place, super friendly staff. Have been coming here for years and brought my grandchild for the first time yesterday. Because he's very short-sighted, they recommended to fit him with lenses that would stop his short-sightedness from progressing. We were very grateful for this because other opticians we had been to hadn't offered this option)

I’ve been taking my son here for years. They have always been great with him in person, no matter how much he fidgets and pushes buttons, they are patient and friendly.
Just been in for something for myself today and again, the service and patience shown by the staff is brilliant.

This is the first time I've been to the opticians. I was seen by the optician Nadia and she was great. Very helpful and a very nice atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back if I need any further help. I came to do my pco medical for my eyes and I recommend everyone to take here as it is great service and beats prices everywhere else.

Went to Specsavers around the corner, quick eye test but left to pick glasses on my own with 0 help. Saw Eye Emporium on the way out and booked an appt. Leila was brilliant and patient in helping me pick out my glasses and Geeresh was super professional and polite when picking them up. Will be a returning customer

I have been visiting Eye Emporium Stratford for several years now, and the staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable in their field. They have the latest technology as well, which can have a good look at your eye. Being very short-sighted, this is a great extra benefit to know my eye health is good. They also have a wide range of frames which look great. I would recommend them.

What can I say about this place. Excellent service every time my son and I have been seeing the same optometrist for years. They are able to accommodate you and have established great relationships here which is visible when you visit. Thank you and appreciate you for your service

The last time I saw the the lady name Leila, she was very good and patient with me and she was very professional. I waw very happy with her. I came to see Geeresh for my dispense, who too was a very nice gentleman. He was patient with me help me to pick up my glasses and I was very happy with their service

If I could give 10 stars, I would, especially to Nadia - the optician who I had appointment with. Nadia is the kindest, most attentive and knowledgeable optician I've ever met. Even though, my eyes have a lot of complications, Nadia is patient and take time to assess, she also offered another check up to make sure my eyes are ok.
In terms of glasses and price, the lens I have are of great quality - they said it is top of the range. Price is unbeatable - I've had my glasses done at other big optician chains and it was 20-30% more expensive than here.
Overall, amazing experience. I will recommend this place to friends and family. I also wish Nadia all the best and hope to see you again in my next visit
