We were referred here by GP for a lump on my teenage daughters eyelid. The service was impeccable staff were helpful and friendly and the optometrist was thorough in his investigations, diagnosing the problem and telling us how to treat and follow up. I would recommend this opticians to all.

Bit of a delayed review but better late than never! I visited this opticians for the first time a few weeks ago as I was really worried about irritation on my eyelids. The whole team were amazing; the man who looks after the bookings sorted me a quick appointment and the specialist who looks after glasses and purchases helped me after the appointment with no hard sales tactics at all. Super friendly and nice. But the biggest compliment goes to Usman, who walked me through every step of the appointment with detail and reassurance. As a nervous patient, he was kind and informative. I have had private and nhs appointments before in the UK and Australia but he outshone them all in his warm and professional conduct. He is now my permanent optometrist, I know I am in safe hands. I highly recommend this company for all optical needs. A pleasure to visit and we are lucky to have the team so close by in the community. Thank you guys and see you soon!

I have been suffering with dry eyes and associated conditions for months.
Dr Osman took his time explaining all he did and all his findings. He took pictures to help, he recommended products and explained differences and even suggested steps I should take in the future. He listened and answered my many many questions and let me take notes.
At no point was there any attempt to sell products or services, it was a genuine caring service. He will not know the help and gratitude I have for his help.

This week i experienced a lot of discomfort with my eyes, I felt there was a foreign object in the eyes which was causing a lot of irritation. I decided to see give it a couple of days hoping the discomfort would go away but it got much worse.

I called 111 and was hoping to receive guidance and was told I would receive a call later in the evening. By chance I saw Osman the same day who recommended I come by for a full examination and they work with 111. The service I was provided was excellent, I was put to ease and everything was explained to me why I was experiencing so much discomfort.

I definitely would recommend Vision Academy to everyone. Thank you for the brilliant service this week.
