Very happy with my recent trip to Vision Express, i recent had a bad experience at Boots opticians avoid. However, Vision Express are superior in every way. My Optometrist Farhin was excellent, thorough, but able to provide me with my prescription in a very timely manner. Then, I had Friendly straight forward professional customer service from Eno, who helped me choose a lovely pair of Tom Ford frames. Highly recommend Stratford vision Express!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I still wasn’t seen an hour after the scheduled time, no one told me about the delay, ridiculous customer service, I walked out. Avoid at all cost.

Am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the lack of assistance and communication regarding my recent sunglasses order. Despite spending over £350 on a prescription pair of glasses, I have been unable to obtain any updates on its status, as no one seems to answer the phone.

During my initial interaction with a sales representative, I was assured that the order would be ready within a week. However, I find it incredibly frustrating that I am left with no means of contacting your company unless I physically visit your shop. This level of service is undeniably subpar and falls far short of my expectations.

I hope that anyone reading this review will consider it before selecting this company

Strangely I was unable to cancel my order for new glasses having placed it the day before. Instead I was told I had to wait for my glasses to be made before I could cancel it and get a refund even though I was informed it takes two weeks before the order would be finished! Very strange company process!

Not very happy I got an email about eye test. Not telling me how much is going to cost. When I booked the eye test I was charged £25. Very expensive competing to other places and considering that I am customer for the last 9 years. Poor customer treatment.

Eye test was fine but service since has been dreadful. Given the run around trying to order and trial contact lenses. Months later finally able to get an appointment (having to chase multiple times and service being awful each time) to test them out and I have to wait nearly an hour. End up having to leave and will not be coming back. Canary Wharf service was much better. Would avoid at all costs.

Worst opticians in the world. Go to Boots instead.

Apointment was at 13: 35. At 14: 00 Was told he was running 25 mins late. Still had not been seen by 14: 30. Left after waiting a hour no one to talk to rebook. I might have to make some bookings and turn up a hour late.

Vision Express Westfield Stratford store. My Sales Representative is Marley. Marley is a Top sales Rep. Marley helped me choose two pairs of glasses.
Marley, is professional, genuine and honest.
Marley is great with customers and knowledgeable about the products.
I had a lovely instore, shopping experience assisted by Marley.

Really disappointed by a new member of staff.
I am a customer since many years, I used to buy best brand glasses for my daughters.
This member of staff convinced me that it was a big mistake from me to continue being a customer.
We were waiting while she was doing anything, she did not pay attention and did not have any consideration for customer.
She was disrespectful in front of my daughters.
I will never go back and I do not recommend you to go there.

Really poor customer service! Been trying to reach them for 3 days in a row and they never answer the phone. I’ve ordered a pair of glasses and a week after I’ve received a message that I could go and pick them up. I went there and they said that they didn’t received anything, that they will call me when ready. Glasses are ready now but nobody call me or send me a text message. Had to call myself (for 3 days in a row until someone pick up the pone) to check if it was ready or not. Save yourself time and go somewhere else please.

I went to do eye test here, and unfortunately they made me wait for a whole hour, as my eye test is at 5: 30. By the time someone saw me, it was 6: 30! I’ve read so many reviews that I am now regretting why I went their and wasted my time. They said that they will send a letter to my local GP? And they still haven’t sent it. It’s been almost a week! I’m not impressed with this Vision Express.

Appointment repeatedly cancelled by the store late with less than 24 hours notice (e.g. Calling me at 9pm).
Finally able to book an appointment that wasn't cancelled only be to kept waiting for half an hour after the scheduled time.
Meanwhile Vision Express kept attempting to take direct debits from me without offering any level of service whatsoever.
Appalling treatment of customers.
Credit where it is due, the actual optician was very friendly and efficient, hence two stars.

I've been calling for two months to make an appointment, no one picked up the phone, my phone calls was also disconnected many times.my eyes have been examined badly, the clots that I have now are bad, I see badly, I see double when I read and my head hurts because the lenses are too strong.

Bad - reading lenses not clear - struggle to read words clearly on screen. I don't think optician is professional. Not a good situation, will have to get another eye test somewhere else and then new lenses. More money, more wasted time. Don't waste your time with vision express or this branch. They don't have a clue! I believe they are taking people for mugs.

I was not going to post a review because all the staff apart from one was ok: quick appointment, optician was very helpful and patient. But because of this member of staff I need to post this, Initially he gave me a different name but the lady that said that she was the store assistant manager said his name was Essa.
Essa needs customer service training he is very rude to customers and has a really bad attitude. Both my visits after dealing with him were a complete disaster, he was rude to the point I felt I needed to call a manager. Definitely never never again to this shop.

Optation excellent very through however the sales staff not great obvious talking about you and looking younup and down? !? ! Also when. Trying to get payment the person serving was talking to someone else and just generally the staff seemed bored. To many and not enough work. Not impressed with the sales staff quite rude

Optician was amazing, explained everything, was listening carefully and reassuring. I didn’t feel like they try to just sell you another pair of glasses as it is with other brands I have experienced before. Reception staff didn’t seem very welcoming but lady who did my check before seeing optician gave me outstanding customer service, made sure she cleaned equipment before using it. Answered all my questions and apologised for delay.

Great store and a great experience, im highly satisfied with the customer service i recieved. I cant recommend the company and branch enough! Atikah the store manager is very professional and helped with my query greatly. Also the management and staff are super supportive. I was very impressed and the wide selection of frames catered to my specifications.

It wasn’t a great experience but it wasn’t the worse. I waited a little for my booked appointment and was seen. I’m not sure if I needed my prescription to jump so drastically but they made the change. As it’s more expensive than other places I expected a better service and focus but I don’t think I got. I’m not coming back.

I ordered my glass and confirmed it 3 times that would uv protection come with it and she said yes. I went to collect it to find out that it is not included and I need to pay more. Now I can't even do anything about it feel scammed by this rubbish workers. Feel like smashing her head in. U knob heads. AVOID this store or company

Totally disappointed by the stuff.
Very unprofessional they have the carisma of cheap bank clerk and a Dup rug towards the customers!
They look simply lazy and unwilling to help! Absolutely unwelcoming stuff compared to the stuff 2 years ago!
And totally untrained in their field!

Superbly, amazing service! Staff was very friendly, I would recommend everyone to visit Vision Express Westfield Stratford if they need a check-up/ new glasses if they haven’t!

Once again superb, friendly and great service! I am sure to come for future check-ups and prescriptions! I would like to especially thank Mihaela for her amazing effort, patience and customer service!

Came in two weeks ago for a eye test with the lovely Kajol, she was amazing and answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and reassured me. A week later I came in and saw Hirish who done a contact lense check for me he was very lovely and answered all my quires.

Contacts came super quick just like Hirish said!

This shop isn’t a shop without these two.

I’ve been here for a free eye test and it was incredible, especially because it was for free, the ladies at the back who were checking my eyes were amazing, so professional and patience. Checking all the details and made a lot of screen for my eyes health. Also the guy who checked out for the bill because we bought to pair of sunglasses was really nice and polite. I strongly recommend this shop for an eye test.

She’s patient, and honest, never push or forced me to buy. Dear all if you want to buy a new glasses, go in the Westfield shop and asked about her. Many thanks.

A really good experience from entering the store, to working a eye test time whilst I waited…as a walk in.
The eye test was thorough and comprehensive and after I picked numerous frames Mihaela was patient, helpful and knowledgeable and when it came to agreeing a price for what was (I would say) a decent size order, Alex, the Store Manager was extremely helpful and willing to discuss budgets and how we best achieve the best outcome for both myself and VE.

I would like to thank them both personally for an all round excellent experience.

Excellent customer service! On the 14/08/22 at approx 4: 30pm came into Vision Express desperate to have my favourite sunglasses repaired. Greeted by Andrew who was open, supportive and straight away took them off to see what he could do. In the time I was waiting 2 other service assistants greeted me and checked to make sure I was being taken care of.

Then Andrew came back with my glasses mended! Woo hoo! Honestly I left the whole experience overjoyed and with a spring in my step, and to be honest, shocked at how great the service was. Made me realise I have not had such quality and attentive customer service in a very long time. Really made my day. Thank you very much Andrew and the team at Vision Express!

Awful customer service. Very poor customer service, rude staff.
I'm so frustrated every time when I have to go there. Why Head Office not see so many negative comments, bad reviews customers service. Half of the staff should be retrain or dismissed, mainly manager who run that branch-Ali - doesn't know words I'm sorry, apologise, please.

Waste 3 weeks going there and asking for my contact lenses and
after that time noone really bother to check in the system why my delivery has been postponed. When I fund out I need to do another test - they promise me to order one pair contact lenses which didnt happened.was so angry I've booked appointment wothout it and optision provide for me another pair.that's make me think that managers who runs that place hasn't got a clue what his doing
Customers if you don't have to go there DONT. AVOIDE THAT PLACE

I had an extremely positive experience at this store. The consultant Joanna spent time and effort with me discussing varifocal lenses and then with choosing an appropriate pair of glasses. The floor manager went out of his way to organise me an immediate eye-test and the optician Shakeel gave me a thorough, reassuring and honest evaluation of my eyes. As it turns out, I didn't need new glasses at this time and I felt the Vision Express team were actually pleased for me, which shows to me that they really do care about their customers. I will definitely be going to this branch for my eye care in the future.

Amazing staff always came here everytime my glasses broke down. Very effecient and easy to talk to staff members. Especially Ioanna she’s always taking the extra mile to help out. If you see her you’re definitely getting a faster and excellent service. I’d absolutely recommend this place for any issues you got for your glasses.

Considering how staff in sunglasses shops, particularly sunglasses hut, generally behave. This was a decent experience. No one was pushy, rude or anything like that. Wasn’t overly nice either which I’m ok with. They have a security guy who stares like an eagle but as long as you do nothing suspicious, you should be fine, especially if you’ve bought something, but if you didn’t you may feel like you’re a criminal (all depends on how aware you are of surroundings). I would defo check out vision express next time I want glasses.

Went for an eye test and to pick new glasses and the service was absolutely brilliant. The optician was kind and attentive and the associate, Mihaela went above and beyond to help me decide which glasses to pick. Even the store manager was hands-on making sure the customers were all okay. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this store!

Absolutely disappointed.
Gave all the necessary details and gave a eye test. Got back wrong specs, wrong contact lens.
The staff need serious training. Eyes are a very sensitive subject to the customers whom are taken for a ride. This is appalling can’t believe all these bad reviews and still the same custom. They have promise to fix this, but the time and effort it’s all too much.

Great service from Ibrahim - for the first time ever someone bothered to demonstrate the actual difference in the thickness of the standard and thinnest lense. He found out that I was entitled to 50% discount I forgot about and even adjusted a pair I didn't buy at Vision Express which normally they don't do and I didn't ask for. It would have been five star had it not been for the store security who in quite obvious way treated me like a suspected thief. I will use this store again.

I am very satisfied with the attention provided. Since I entered the store, Marley looked after me with great dedication and enthusiasm, to make me feel safe, comfortable and confident. For him the language barrier was not a problem, since I do not speak English very well (I speak Spanish) and he managed to communicate perfectly with me both the day I went to make my appointment, and the day I went to take my eye test to have my new glasses. I am very happy with the attention given by him; he made me feel like a valued costumer! Thank youu Marley

I went in as my glasses were scratched to the point of being unable to wear them not even a year after buying them.

At first it seemed that I would have to pay to replace them but the manager, Amrit Singh, really helped me out and solved the issue.

Delivery wasn't speedy but the glasses are fixed and they also tighten the frames up.
