Asda customer service on the whole isn't nearly as good or as friendly as Tesco. I am disabled and I would much rather go to Tesco where I know the staff are ALWAYS going to notice if I need help and offer it without me having to ask. Nothing is too much trouble for them
unlike Asda who seem to think they are notthere to serve! One person in particular who has been there for years is absolutely dreadful.

The Elgin store is grubby and well past its sell by date. However, the staff are brilliant and helpful. Some of the security staff can be jobsworths, so always have your till receipts ready tae shew. Needs a massive overhaul, but George items remain competitive.

Unfortunately poor experiences at the pizza counter in this store has become the norm. The rest of the store functions well with friendly staff but, sadly, ordering a pizza means you'll recieve bad attitude from the staff member or you will be ignored and left to wait nearly 10mins, like me and 2 other customers did last night while they walk around ignoring you.
Thats twice this month ive gone to asda just for a pizza and left empty handed. Shocking!

Huge Asda with two floors, everything you would expect from a large supermarket. Also has a cafe and Harry Gows. Free parking with petrol station.

Having a pretty troublesome time with my toddler, the security person came and had a chat with my toddler as she was running up and down the travelator, and trying to catch her - she just thought it was a game later on the security person came back and gave my toddler 2 milkybars for being better behaved. Thank you so much to whoever yoh were my visit was Friday 22nd at approx 6.30pm. I hope you can pass this on to the staff member.

I tried to leave feedback on the website buy no joy without my receipt so hoping someone higher up sees this - Donna on the cigarette counter on the evening of 01/03 was a sweetheart and hilarious. I was having the absolute worst day and she was the first person to make me smile and turn my whole day around so thank you very much:)

First and last time I get a home delivery. 2 sides of Salmon totalling £16.00 not delivered and no refund. Just look at the order it was a bulk shop why would I spend £168.00 and try to steal £16.00. I've been robbed!

The Elgin store is indeed a great buy out to stock in for stays at remote locations heading to Dufftown or nearby villages like Rothes. Great store with vast choice of local produce as well as updated stocks of breads and fresh food. Parking available and wheelchair accesible parking as well as entrance. Place is big and the checkout is faster. Prompt and friendly staff. I love ASDA as they are greatly helping the local farmers by selling their products hassle free for them. Best store in this part of Speyside.

I love the store got plenty of choice. Today bought 14" pizza for freezer, 10" stonebake pizza and a flat bread pizza. 14" pizza no bar code. None of the items having cooking processes from chill to frozen. Will be back enjoy Asda Elgin aswell as Huntly just more choice.

I have had to change my opinion on this ASDA store god knows what has been going on shelves always empty can't get what you want looks like a bomb has hit it half the time, no facing up seems to be ever done so you can't reach anything because it's too far back on the shelves and no staff around to help

Bad bad bad, not suitable for wheelchairs, staff dont help the disabled, cutlery had to be wiped before we could use it as had been badly cleaned.food basically thrown on the plate, staff do not make you feel welcome, menu doesnt really exist, just all day breakfasts, really bad, no table service for a lady that could not go near the counter as she was on an oxygen tank, staff are lazy, and untidy looking, the place was empty, i would not recommend this place to anyone its just really poor.wont be back, doesnt deserve a star, but only way to post was give it a star,
