Took the money and never finished the job and when asked for refund and they completely ignored it and don’t answer any phone calls or respond to emails
I have no option after over one month waiting to take legal action

They have few companies and there Director Virender Singh Mann is arrogant and rude.
Please avoid this company at any cost

Good quality windows at good prices, fitted very promptly and great after sales service. Recommended

Had our windows and doors replaced last year (August 2022). We had a slight issue with closing our back door yesterday (May 2023). Emailed Sunny Eco with our issue last night and they had someone out today to fix it (on a Bank Holiday Monday as well, and over the Coronation weekend). All within their complementary 10 year warranty promise. I'm really impressed with how quickly they came to our rescue so we could lock our back door securely again!

I used Sunny Eco to build my single storey extension 2 years ago, to re-do my bathrooms and re-decorate my house.

Sunny is a great guy and had many great ideas on how I could make the most of my space. He has some great connections for materials & suppliers from carpets to tiling and flooring. I love the sky light that he's put in for me. It's sleek and adds so much light into my home. I'm happy with the changes made to my house. Big thanks to Sunny Eco.

Some of the worst customer service ever received.
A lot of the work done we have to re-do and feels like we are paying again.
Non-responsive staff who try to dodge customers. Yuk!

Also, we have not received the certs and warranty for the windows and keys for all windows.

As a former employee at Sunny Eco, the team are so caring and supportive. I really enjoyed my time and found the workplace environment extremely positive. They gave me lots of opportunities to expand my work experience and confidence. All round greta company, couldn't recommend them enough!

Don’t believe the bad reviews. These guys are great, very competitive pricing and great attention to detail. I was also skeptical but the team was very helpful and made sure that I was happy with the installation of the porch before leaving. Overall really happy with the work that was done and would definitely use again.

Did an excellent job installing the conservatory. Completed in 72 - 96 hrs. Returned to patch up minor changes that occurred after the first summer and winter of use with no issues, under their guarantee.

Absolutely excellent in all respects. Very clear and helpful advice from sales representative. Thorough, successful planning application for conservation area. Timely communication. Professional, friendly and superbly efficient window fitters. We are exceptionally pleased with the product and service from each department. The window areas were left spotless both inside and out. We could not fault any aspect of the process and work completed. To be highly recommended.

Installed aluminium french doors, all went smoothly. After we realised that the threshold was not low profile as ordered but they came back and installed the right threshold without any question.

Very satisfied with the whole job from start to finish. Clear instructions set out in emails so we knew exactly what to expect and fitting went excellent. Very impressed and highly recommended to everyone!

Had some windows fitted and some brickwork by these clowns tryed overcharging me by £2470. Good luck with that!

A very professional job and clean and tidy workmen. Would definitely recommend! My sister has now had new windows installed by Sunny Eco on my recommendation and is equally delighted with the results.

Suddenly, on 3rd March there are responses to reviews and 4 new positive reviews to make them move from 3.9 rating to 4.0

They have 1.9 rating on Trustpilot which they are disowning as they are not able to leave fake positive reviews on Trustpilot.

Original Review:
I have been holding my review for last 8 months, and giving SunnyEco every opportunity to rectify the issues. And they have failed.

We contracted SunnyEco back in August 2021 for a conservatory project upwards of £35k. They took 25% deposit 5 months in advance of the project starting. The project for estimated for 4 weeks, and ended up being more than 12 weeks. They will always use weather as the excuse but reality is out of the total 20 odd days out of 12 weeks that had labour on our site, 60% days were Saturdays.

Their workmanship is not just poor but also needs constant supervision else they cut as many corners as they can. Their so called project manager and surveyor “Sam/Samuel” mostly managed the staff over the phone with rare visits to site. They mostly used subcontractors (who only appeared on Saturdays) for major work like foundations, plastering, tiling, screed.

Its been 8 months since the project was completed and there have been condensation and leak issues which they have failed to address. They FENSA membership is now terminated, so is IWA insurance backed warranty.

I am aware of a minimum of three court cases against them, they have failed to appear in mediation for all three and only provide false evidence to court so far pending court hearings.

They have been reported to Trading Standards, Financial Ombudsman and Citizen Advice Consumer service, company house and insolvency register pending enforcement.

Their director Virender Maan Singh has several Phoenix companies registered with similar names, rotating addresses and directors (Keerti Ranawat being one of them), and have been phoenixing for several years.

More than 50% of the positive reviews for this company are fake, or have conflict of interest. This fake reviews need to be reported to Google and trustpilot.

Avoid this company or any of their sister companies like a plague.

Very bad after sales service owner often dissappears overseas when a complaint needs sorting.

We used Sunny eco 3 times, first for windows 9 years ago, then for porch 5 years and recently used them for garage conversation. I am very happy to recommend this company and more than happy to have someone visiting, wanting to see their workmanship. We are both retired and are truly grateful for the best service they have given us.

The work carried out by Sunny Eco. Was done to a high standard, the fitters were very knowledgeable and friendly, very pleased with the results.

Please avoid this company like the plague. They don’t respond to any queries and despite an 80 year old asking for his refund which claimed within the timeframe, they have ignored him

This NOT a fake review. I am the son of your 80 year customer. He has been asking for his deposit since June. He asked me to ask you. I have been to your offices several times and each time you give me the same excuse but never refund the money.

Installed the windows quickly and efficiently l, when we had a small issue with one window, they came and sorted straight away.

Sunny eco fitted 3 new windows, and a new back door last week. Can’t fault the service. Excellent sell, then later on I decided to change handles for chrome (no problem). They came to do the work, very nice, hardworking chap. Completely trustworthy, so I went on to work. Came back later and everything was completed. No mess and he even put the blind and curtain rail back before putting my key through the letter box. Thank you so much. A***** service.
