My husband and I went into the service station today to purchase newspapers and coffee unfortunately went we tried to put the top on the coffee the cup kept bending I spoke to an older Asian lady who so rude, I’ve never experienced rudeness like it before, I said to her why are you being so rude I wasn’t rude to you, she didn’t care? She said she own the premises. Glad I was just visiting the area so never need to go there again!

Attended a woodturning demonstration on 11 May on how to make a box and lid. Chap was very good, polite and professional. Made a lovely box, explaining all the while what he was doing and why. There were more than 20 other people watching too.
As a result bought two special scrappers for better results.
The flat screen was good for seeing detail but really needs a PA system to hear over the machines. Great free coffee too!

I've been visiting Adam for classical acupuncture for many years. As I am a hairdresser I am more prone to back problems so I regularly get treated for actual pain or prevention more importantly, keeping pain under control. I have also recently been having treatment for peri-menepause to help cycle and symptoms and it really helps. I would highly recommend Adam.

Wowwhat a transformation! The farm is greatly improved & there are more animals too. Today's Spring Open Day was brilliant, with lots of stalls & fantastic entertainment.

Saw a patio sail on the website, checked it was in stock and visited store. Couldn’t find item, asked a member of staff who admitted they didnt know where the item might be but offered to find a colleague who might. She returned saying no one was available.
Had a wander around and found another staff member who was filling a chiller cabinet. I politely asked if she could help me and explained what I wanted. I almost laughed at the barely disguised annoyance that I had had the temerity to interrupt her very pressing work. She lead me to the main checkout to speak to another colleague who upon hearing what I wanted, basically said the website never matches what is in the store.
This may well be true, but the quality of customer service was non-existent. Even when I said I’ll go to B&Q (where I got what I wanted), I think the staff at the Range were just happy to see me go.
Will NEVER use The Range again.

Simple facts, here is another one - the owner of the business has had ample opportunity to deliver a kitchen over 1 year for £47.5k and has failed, keeps trying to remove poor reviews, even writes responses then deletes them, accuses people of making false claims when the evidence shows otherwise. Could have been sorted out a long time ago, buyer beware.

Disgusting. My son who this was meant to be a treat for said I cant eat this daddy. I had Diarrhoea 10 minutes after eating mine and my wife had no tomato base on her pizza and it was covered in garlic she did not ask for. Go somewhere else where they know how to provide a service.

Darren is excellent at selling cars. What I would say is his after car service is extremely poor. I have had a couple of issues after buying a car from him and would only describe home as obstructive and at times elusive. Would never buy a car from him again

Having searched widely for someone to make a curved bay window in hardwood, a neighbour suggested I try Thornton and Wood. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was well within their scope. There was no pressure at all from Nigel, unlike others trying to sell me a UPVC version. The workmanship is first class and the tradesmen who fitted it (along with a replacement door) couldn’t be more professional and helpful with everything left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
