Asda customer service on the whole isn't nearly as good or as friendly as Tesco. I am disabled and I would much rather go to Tesco where I know the staff are ALWAYS going to notice if I need help and offer it without me having to ask. Nothing is too much trouble for them
unlike Asda who seem to think they are notthere to serve! One person in particular who has been there for years is absolutely dreadful.

Very dissapointing service took my dog for a check up which took less than 5 mins and a pescription for advocate £65. The vet had no animal skills looked like she needed to go home and have a sleep, she asked me to put my jack russell on the weighing scales while she sat looking at the computer then attempted to listen to his chest because the dog was a bit agitated she asked me if i had a muzzle. It was a complete waste of money and time i have now joined another vets

It is with great sadness I have to report the terrible injustice my family and I have suffered at the hands of Anna from ARC.
We were feeding a beautiful stray tortoiseshell cat over many months and through two pregnancies. I don't know what happened to her first litter but she gave birth to her second litter - nine wondrous kittens - in our living room on 16th March.
For five weeks we nurtured and cared for the attentive mum "Coco" and her adorable kittens. I contacted Anna for advice during this period which she kindly gave.
Then the kittens suddenly developed sickness and diarrhoea and we were terrified of losing them all. Two, in particular, were very poorly and we made the heartbreaking decision to take them to Anna's Rescue Centre to receive professional care and treatment.
We made it completely clear to Anna at the time that we wished to adopt Coco and two of her kittens ourselves when they were well enough and that family members were offering forever homes to three more of the kittens. We told her we would pay whatever fees arose to cover costs and left in tears but reassured that we had done the right thing.
Sadly and shockingly Anna has since been completely negative, judgemental and rude on a number of occasions. I know she does positive work with cats but her people skills are lacking, leaving my husband and I, plus our seven grandchildren, bewildered and traumatised.
Had we known at the time Anna would never allow us access to any of the kitties again we would never have left them in her care but would have sought help elsewhere. We have been judged by someone who knows nothing about us and treated with unkindness and prejudice. I would not wish anyone else to suffer in such a degrading way

This place is absolutely useless. They took my 1,0 eco boost fiesta in claiming they are extremely good at wet belts. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST AS THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. Charged me the best part of £1200 for the car to come out worse than in went in and told me the engine was scrap. Took to another reputable garage and the timing was incorrect. All solved and only a £500 bill. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STEER CLEAR

I had a 3 day trial here. Very disappointed. It’s more expensive than my current gym/pool. The positives. Changing rooms lovely, pool area and sauna/steam areas very nice. Opening hours good.
The bad. No longer has jacuzzis.
Gym equipment very old and dated. The room with resistance machines, Dumbells etc is very small and cramped. Only one set of each Dumbell weight for the lower weights and not much room for many people to do free weights.
Seems to be some sort of circuit class 5-6 in the area where mats, kettlebells etc are so you can’t get near them to do kettlebell or core exercises.
Pool is child friendly (there’s enough council pools kids can go to) only child free times are after 6 on a weekday (ok if it’s a workday) and after 4 on a weekend which is not good for me as I need to workout during day time.
There are so few adult friendly health centre la with gyms so very disappointing.
Not a gym with a friendly vibe.
Also disappointed that just given the trial pass, no one showed me round or told me any thing. After my 3 days was up no one asked if I’d enjoyed it etc.
I’d expect more from the Nuffield name and for a peak member price of £74!

Nice professional staff, clean and friendly.
Understandable barbers have suffered through lockdowns. Bridgend is full of barber shops but not all are good.
Black out is affordable In fact cheapest in town & convenient. Give it a try.

Best tanning salon I’ve ever been to, so welcoming & friendly, I was shown around & how the beds worked, best beds I’ve ever used, you can control your own tanning & cooling, there’s no time limit to get undressed/creamed etc, there’s beauty products to use, all in all your made to feel amazing.

I went there for pain medication and purchased Syndol headache releif at £9.99 only to find Boots a few doors away, sell the same medication at £7.50.
Daylight Robbery. Will not be using them again.

Took the money and never finished the job and when asked for refund and they completely ignored it and don’t answer any phone calls or respond to emails
I have no option after over one month waiting to take legal action

They have few companies and there Director Virender Singh Mann is arrogant and rude.
